Non-Returnable Items
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our snack products, we are unable to accept returns once items have been opened or used. Even unopened items are non-returnable once they have left our facility, as we cannot guarantee product safety for future customers.
Refunds will not be granted without valid proof of a genuine issue.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
Return Process
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

- A clear description of the issue
- Relevant photos of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Subscription Cancellations
If you’re subscribed to any recurring delivery, please note:
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made on the same day a subscription renewal is processed.
